I spent several months conducting market research to determine how to increase awareness of the Pommery Champagne Lounge inside the London Eye ticket office. I interviewed guests at the lounge, researched TripAdvisor reviews and conducted an interview with the lounge manager. Using this research, I developed a creative brief to give to advertising or in-house agencies that would enable them to develop a campaign to promote the Pommery Champagne Lounge. I focussed on the target audience and how the advertising of the lounge could communicate effectively with them. This is the creative brief that I develop to produce the campaign:
